Members may have prescription drug benefits that include retail and/or mail service coverage. If members have retail pharmacy benefits, their ID card will have the Medco logo on the card. Not all prescription drug programs offer mail service benefits - members should check their benefit booklet or call the number on their ID card to see if their coverage includes mail service.
Note: A mail service benefit is not indicated by the Medco logo.
When transmitting claims, be sure to use the Rx group number located above the Medco Health logo on the ID card.
